Why bamboo and cotton?
For an active lifestyle, a fabric that is moisture wicking and breathable is important. While synthetic activewear in the market is the prevalent option, a plant based, environmentally sustainable option is offered with a Bamboo + Cotton mix. Elastane is limited to 5% for enhanced comfort and fit.
What is bamboo fabric?
Bamboo fabric is a type of textile made from the fibers of the bamboo plant. It is known for its softness, strength, and sustainability
How is bamboo different from cotton?
While both bamboo and cotton are natural fibres and do not release microplastics into the environment with each wash, cotton tends to absorb and retain moisture thus making working out in them uncomfortable and smelly. Additionally, bamboo fabric is naturally anti-bacterial and moisture-wicking, making it comfortable to wear and better for sensitive skin.
Is bamboo fabric transparent?
No, bamboo fabric is not transparent. It can be made into a variety of different styles of clothing.
How should I care for my bamboo t-shirt?
Bamboo fabric is generally machine washable and can be tumble dried on low heat. To maintain the shape and softness of the fabric, it is recommended to wash in cold water and avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
What sizes do you offer?
Our bamboo t-shirts are available in a range of sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL). Please refer to the size chart on the product page for specific measurements.
Do you offer custom orders?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Only T Shirts are eligible for returns or exchange. You can raise a request within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Please refer to our full return policy for more information.

The cost of the retreat includes accommodation, meals (will vary with each trip), fitness and wellness classes, and activities.

Our retreats are held in a variety of locations such as resorts, hotels, and villas. Accommodation varies depending on the location and retreat theme, but all our accommodations are comfortable and designed to provide you with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

We offer healthy and delicious meals that are designed to nourish and fuel your body. Our meals are made with fresh ingredients and are tailored to suit a variety of dietary needs.
Who can attend a Fit Oyster retreat?
Our retreats are open to all women who are looking to improve their physical and mental well-being. While we are looking to design programs that are accessible to those with basic fitness and mobility levels, please do assess for yourself if the activities detailed suit your current fitness levels.
What should I bring to the retreat?
You will receive a detailed packing list upon booking, but generally, you should bring comfortable workout clothes, and any personal toiletries.

What is your refund policy?
FitOyster cannot be held liable for any delays, cancellations, force majeure or causes beyond our control. In such events no refunds will be made according to the refund policy.However, we understand that things can come up and you might need to cancel your retreat and will offer reasonable refunds based on our refund policy and timeline of cancellation. Any cancellation due to non-COVID reasons will incur a 10% administrative fee. Our refund policy is aligned with our local accommodation and activity partners and will vary for each program and shall be communicated at the time of booking.
