Return

Only T Shirts are eligible for returns or exchange.

The following items are NOT eligible for Return or Exchange
1. Any products other than tShirts.
2. Gift Cards.
3. Products bought on Sale.

Request a Return - Click Here
You can raise a Return Request by accessing the Customer Accounts page. The request has to be placed within 7 days of the date of receipt of shipment with comments on the reason you would like to return the product. If your Return Request is approved, we will then initiate a return pickup at no extra cost within India. Please do send us an email at hello@fitoyster.com in case you do not hear from us in a reasonable time period.

Once the reverse pick up is done and on receipt of the same to our warehouse, a store credit/ gift coupon will be provided to you via Email in the form of a coupon code or Gift Card which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The store credit / gift coupon will be the amount of the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order. 

Exchange - For exchanging a product, the same product can be exchanged for a different size. Please note that you cannot exchange a product with another kind of product. If you wish to get another product in exchange for the ordered product, kindly opt for return and store credit/gift coupon.

Refunds - As a policy, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS on products which are delivered in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can use the Return request option with pictures and comments. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a store credit/gift coupon of the same value to you or can initiate a full refund for the products received in damaged condition.

Please note that it takes approximately 7 to 14 working days for any returned product to reach us. Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment.

TRACKING DETAILS
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.

Prepaid orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed for shipment. In case the customer wishes to cancel, refund will be done only in terms of a store credit/ gift coupon .
